Family Learning Depot hereby grants you the limited, non-sublicensable right and permission to use the Site as set forth in these Terms of Use, provided that: (i) your use of the Site as permitted is solely for your personal, noncommercial use; (ii) you will not copy or distribute any part of the Site in any medium without Family Learning Depot s prior written authorization; (iii) you will not alter or modify any part of the Site; and (iv) you will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use. Except for the limited license granted to you hereunder, you are not conveyed any other right or license by implication, estoppel, or otherwise in or under any patent, trademark, copyright, or proprietary right of Family Learning Depot or any third party.

In order to access some features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You may never use another person's account without the account holder's express permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify Family Learning Depot immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Although Family Learning Depot will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of Family Learning Depot or others due to such unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," and the like, that accesses the Site in a manner that sends more request messages to the Family Learning Depot servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Family Learning Depot grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. Family Learning Depot reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases. You agree not to collect or harvest any personally-identifiable information from the Site, including account names, nor to use the communication systems provided by the Site for any commercial solicitation purposes. You agree not to solicit, for commercial purposes, any users of the Site with respect to their User Submissions.

Modification of Service

Family Learning Depot reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Family Learning Depot shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
